IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Workshops - Saturday, August 24 and September 14 @ 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM
• Marketplace Pop Ups - Saturday, Oct 19, Nov 16 & Dec 14 @ 12 Noon - 4:00 PM
• Application DEADLINE is TWO (2) days prior to workshops.
MONTHLY EVENT DATES: SATURDAYS
August 24 - September 14 - October 19 - November 16 - December 14 (AWARDS)
FREE VENDOR SPACE
• Vendor Space Size no larger than 8 x 4
• Vendor Space reserved upon receipt of application (first come, first serve)
• PARENT MUST SIGN APPLICATION
• Vendor must bring own table
• Chairs provided by Organizer (max 2 per vendor)
AWARDS PRESENTATION
• Awards will be presented to businesses with the best displays (1st, 2nd, 3rd Place)
• Business must participate at a minimum of 4 of 5 workshop/marketplace events
• Awards presented during marketplace on Saturday, December 14th
COVID 19 POLICY: Mask wearing is optional; masks are available and provided.

* * PARENT/GUARDIAN shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SYWYNIL from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions and cost of actions, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, of any kind and nature arising in any way connected with these youth business events. PARENT/GUARDIAN authorize release of confidential information to Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children, Orange County Public School System, and other partnering agencies, as part of the confidential network to provide services to help you and/or your family meet various service needs. This youth mentoring program is funded in part by Orange County and the United Arts of Central Florida (home of OrlandoAtPlay.com, UAArtsEd.com and Orlando Arts magazine).
